What age are these sessions for? These sessions are for children below school age. There is no minimum age but we recommend being a confident walker so you can make the most of the activities. 

Do parents need to stay with their child? Yes, parents or guardians must supervise their child in the activity area throughout their session. There’s a café available for after your session to enjoy hot and cold food or drinks, we also have free colouring sheet activities for the littles ones.

Do I need to prebook? Yes, we cannot create bookings at the check-in desk so all bookings must be made before arrival. You can do this via our website here. many visitors book their session just before they hop in the car.

How much is a toddler session? £6 for you AND your toddler to play for 85 minutes. You can add an additional parent or child at the check-out. Babies in wearable carriers are free of charge.

What facilities do you have? We have cubbys and lockers for bags, shoes and belongings, baby change facilities, ample space to park prams and a café. Our car park is free of charge with over 230 spaces and there are no steps into the building for easy pram access as well as a lift to the first floor where our café is situated. We also have step stools in the restrooms to help little ones to reach the facilities.
