Creating a booking: Click BOOK NOW to view our availability and book your party. You can add extras such as party bags and extra pizzas at the checkout

Booking confirmed: Read your confirmation email carefully as it contains important information and further instructions which require your action such as completing waivers, preventing parking fines, footwear requirements and communicating allergies and intolerances

Invite guests: Send out your invites and waiver link (found in your confirmation email). If you need to adjust your booking numbers please contact us and we’ll be happy to help (subject to availability and minimum/maximum numbers)

The week before: Notify us of any guests with allergens or intolerances at least 7 days’ before your booking date. We recommend reminding guests the they will need to arrive on the day with a pair of clean trainers and a completed waiver.

Party time: A member of the team will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Ultimate Parties (Age 6+): Bookings are available to celebrate 6th birthday’s and upwards, there is no maximum age. All guests must be a minimum of 5 years old.

Little Legends Parties (Age 2-7): Bookings are available to celebrate birthday’s between Age 2 and Age 7. All guests must be between 2-7 years old to participate. One participating adult (Age 18+) is included per child booked.

Christmas Parties (Age 5+): All guests must be over the age of 5, there is no maximum age and Christmas parties can be for children, adults or a mixture of ages!

Please do not invite guests who do not meet the minimum and maximum age restrictions, we will have no choice but to refuse entry and refunds will not be provided for this reason.

Our party buffets include a range of options to keep even the fussiest of eaters happy. Buffets are based on children’s portions sizes, if your party includes older children, adults, or spectating parents who may also want a bite to eat you can add additional pizzas to your buffet as part of the booking process.

Please inform us of any allergens, intolerances, vegetarians, vegans and halal requirements at least 7 day’s prior to your booking so our catering team can ensure all your needs are met.

If you have any queries on food allergies and intolerances please email bookings@ultimatewarriors.co.uk to request our full allergen information. Booking holders MUST communicate food allergens and intolerances to us, so we can ensure your meal is prepared and served separately using ingredients safe for the individual. We are a nut-free kitchen.

All parties are very welcome to bring a birthday cake* to celebrate your special day. Sorry, no other outside catering is permitted.
*Birthday cakes must be nut-free and booking holders must consider the dietary needs of guests prior to serving.

When booking your party, there are add-on options in the checkout to add extra items to your party, including; Gloves, Ball, Snapband, Punch balloon and temporary tattoos!

You may bring your own party bags if you prefer and your party host can show you where to keep all your belongings. Please be aware for the safety and enjoyment of all guests visiting us, we do not permit bouncy balls or whistles in the venue.

If you would like to book a party but are unsure how many guests will RSVP, please book for the minimum (10 guests) and contact us as early as possible to increase your party (subject to availability).

Parties can be increased by contacting our reception team, up to the maximum number as detailed in the party package. This is always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, please contact our team to discuss before inviting additional guests to ensure we can accommodate you all (we cannot reserve spaces without full payment). If you need to decrease your party, you can do so up to the minimum of 10 guests (subject to cancellation policy).

Please do not invite additional un-booked party guests with the intention of adding them to your party as we will have no choice but to sadly refuse access to these children. Thank you for understanding maximum group sizes are in place to ensure we have enough staffing, catering supplies/capacity, merchandise and space for all our booked party customers. Requests for larger bookings will always be accommodated where possible during after-school parties where we have more resources available to ensure the best experience can still be delivered.

Clean trainers and Ultimate Warriors Grip socks are required to access all areas of the obstacle arena.

We advise wearing sports-appropriate clothing, long sleeve tops are recommended but you may wear shorts and t-shirt if you prefer. Clothing may be damaged from activity use, please dress appropriately.

Jewellery, caps, belts and all sharp items which could injure yourself, others or damage our equipment must be removed.

We recommend grip gloves to protect your hands on the obstacles, these are able to be purchased from our venue if required.

Spectators are very welcome in our viewing areas to watch the action, space is limited so we advise keeping to a minimum for your comfort.

Ultimate parties (ages 5+) include one ‘party parent’ lanyard per booking, this provides obstacle arena access for a parent (or other adult) to take photos of your group. This lanyard may be shared with other adults during your visit at the booking holders discretion, but only the adult with the lanyard may enter the equipment area. Any adults entering with the ‘party parent’ lanyard must have sensible footwear (e.g. trainers) and remain on the walkways only.

Little Legends parties (Ages 2-7) take place during our ‘toddler friendly’ sessions, an adult space (age 18+) will be included for each child to provide up close supervision (1:2 required).

Of course*, a birthday party wouldn’t be complete without a cake! Please be aware no other outside catering is permitted to brought into the venue.

If you’d like support with candle lighting, cake cutting or taking photos of your special moment your party host is on hand to help! Due to our sensitive fire alarms, we only allow standard candles (no sparklers or other trick candles). Please bring your own lighter/matches but do not bring knives into the venue, your party host will be able to provide one to cut the cake.

*Booking holders are responsible for ensuring allergens and intolerances of their group are considered before serving birthday cake to their guests, all cakes brought into our venue must be nut-free.

Standing and table decorations are welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage. Your party host will be happy to help you set-up your room if you have additional decorations.

Yes, you can add additional pizzas to your booking during the checkout process, either for extra hungry party guests or for any parents/spectators attending.

Our café will also be open during your visit for hot and cold drinks, snacks, cakes and hot food.
