Yes, we cannot create bookings at the check-in desk so please make your booking via our website before arrival. Many visitors do this the morning of their visit before they travel to us.
There is no minimum age for Age 0-5 sessions, but we recommend ‘confidently walking’, so you can fully enjoy climbing, bouncing and balancing on the activities. Babies remaining in a wearable carrier are free of charge.
For Age 2-7 sessions, the minimum age is 2 years, babies and toddlers under 2 years are not permitted in the activity area during these sessions.
Yes parking is free of charge, we have a large car park with 230 spaces outside our venue so parking will never be an issue
Yes! Our café serves hot and cold drinks, snacks, cakes and hot food. Grab some colouring pencils and and activity sheet from the counter and join us for a sweet treat after your session.
Comfortable sports-appropriate clothing and a pair of Ultimate Warriors grip socks. We recommend children wear long sleeves to protect their arms if using the slides.
For Age 2-7 sessions, you will also need a pair of clean trainers so you can conquer the Ninja obstacles including the mini curved wall!
