Dates: Monday – Friday term time
Times: Between 9.30am – 2.30pm

Group size: 10-100 participants

School trips include:

• 1-2 hours of physical activity in the obstacle arena
• Obstacles to challenge all ability levels
• Risk assessment to help you plan your trip, site visits welcome
• Copy of Public Liability Insurance for your records
• Group organiser to assist on the day
• PA system for easy communication with your students
• Activities supervised by our trained team
• Unlimited water and squash for your students
• Full catering available, or, space available for packed lunches (on request)
• Optional organised games, races and activities (private hire only)
• Talk to us about your learning criteria so we can plan a visit to meet your needs

Pricing:

10-39: £9.00pp (1 hour) / £15.00pp (2 hours)
40-65: £8.00pp (1 hour) / £15.00 (2 hours)
Private hire: £550 (1 hour) / £1,050 (2 hour)
Teaching staff are free of charge, footwear requirements apply

Times: From 3pm
Ages: Ages 5 and over only
Group size: 21-100 participants

Group bookings include:

• 1-2 hours of physical activity in the obstacle arena
• Obstacles to challenge all ability levels
• Risk assessment to help you plan your trip, site visits welcome
• Copy of Public Liability Insurance for your records
• Activities supervised by our trained team
• Catering available, ask us about our hot buffet
• Café and viewing area available for parents/spectators
• Optional organised games, races and activities (private hire only)
• 1 adult walkway access band per 20 bookings participants to take photos and provide up-close supervision to your group (trainers required). Other supervising adults and spectators can watch the action from our viewing areas.

Pricing:

21-40: £11.00pp (1 hour) / £14.50pp (2 hours)
41-64: £9.50pp (1 hour) / £14.50 (2 hours)
Private hire: £600 (1 hour) / £1,200 (2 hour)
Minimum 7 days’ notice required to book at these discounted rates.

For groups up to 40 participants, please book online. For groups larger than 40 participants, please email bookings@ultimatewarriors.co.uk for further discounts.

*All participants must be wearing Ultimate Warriors Grip socks, which are available to purchase at check-in for £2.50 and are yours to keep for a return visit.

Ages: Ages 6-17 only
Group size: 50-100 participants

Sleepovers include:

• 2.5 hours of obstacle arena play
• Grip socks for each participant
• Unlimited squash and water
• Pizza buffet
• Evening film and games
• Breakfast cereal, fruit and juice
• Sleepover badge for each participant
• Leaders play free, eat free and free hot drinks too!

Requirements

Sleepover bookings require a ‘Nights Away’ permit (or equivalent). As well as appropriate insurance, risk assessment, safeguarding policy and DBS checks for leaders in line with your relevant organisations requirements. Units may absolutely join together to meet minimum numbers, we can treat it as two separate bookings or one big one!
