All participants must watch the safety video prior to entering the obstacle arena, for every visit. If you would like assistance or if you have any questions please ask a member of our team at check-in. For participants under the age of 16 years, their adult supervisor is responsible for ensuring this information is viewed and understood prior to their session starting. Participants in the arena are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety and enjoyment for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by the safety and behaviour rules will be asked to leave.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (Age 18+). Accompanying adults for children aged 5-16 years are able to provide supervision from our spectating areas if not participating, though we strongly recommend children aged 5-8 years participate with an adult. 1 adult may supervise up to 15 children, and must remain on site for the duration. We politely ask children under the age of 8 years are supervised in the toilet facilities.
Children in our ‘Age 0-5 session’, and ‘Age 2-7 session’ must have a supervising adult (Age 18+) participate with them in their session and be closely supervised at all times. 1 adult may supervise up to 2 children in these sessions. For your safety and the safety of others, bookings without the required number of adults to provide safe supervision will be refused entry, and refunds will not be provided.
Spectators are very welcome but are not able to enter obstacle arena, we have ample space to view the action from our café balcony (free of charge) which has a great view of the activities. If you would like to enter the obstacle arena for any reason please book as a participant (session entry price). Please respect our team who will be enforcing this rule to ensure capacities and ratios are being adhered to for the safety and enjoyment of our booked guests.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in, collection of wristbands and safety briefing before your session starts. All participants must have a completed waiver and the required footwear to check-in. Late arrival (less than 15 minutes before) may result in missing part of your session, those with missing waivers or inappropriate footwear will be refused entry. We cannot extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or failure to meet the requirements for check-in.
To check-in, please provide your Booking ID number, which can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Both! To access all areas you must have clean trainers AND Ultimate Warriors grip socks.
Please make sure you are wearing a clean pair of trainers for use of our fixed obstacles including the wall, this is to ensure sufficient grip on the obstacles, protect feet and provide foot and ankle support when landing to prevent injury.
To access the inflatable and upper deck obstacles a pair of Ultimate Warriors Grip socks are required. Our socks have been designed for use on our equipment, including the amount and position of the grip on the sole. They must be worn to access the specified activities for your safety and to comply with our equipment manufacturers instructions. Ultimate Warriors grip socks can be purchased as part of your booking, or, at check-in for just £2.50. Socks are yours to keep to a return visit.
Those without the required footwear will be refused access from part/all activities, refunds cannot be provided for this reason. Crocs, boots, sliders, flip-flops, sandals and slip-on shoes will not be accepted as trainers, this is for your safety.
Clean trainers and Ultimate Warriors Grip socks are required to access all areas of the obstacle arena.

We have step blocks available for a boost, however these must not be stacked. If you are too small to reach the obstacle even with a step block, you are too small to land safely should you fall from the obstacle. We kindly ask adults not to lift their children onto high obstacles for this reason.
